

HEALTHY FRIDGE
Once a week, (I do it on Mondays) go through your fridge and throw away all of your expired foods! You’ll be able to make room for the new healthy foods to replace the old expired foods, and you’ll also be able to see what you didn’t eat and make sure not to buy more of it the next time you go shopping. Your grocery bill will go down and you’ll have lots of fabulous room in your fridge for those essential fruits and vegetables!
